THE KEY ROLES FOR THE WENDOVER COMMUNITY LIBRARY TRUST ARE TO RECRUIT AND TRAIN VOLUNTEER STAFF AND TO RAISE FUNDS TO ENHANCE LIBRARY SERVICES.THIS HAS ALLOWED THE RANGE OF ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN TO BE INCREASED AND BE BETTER TARGETED AT PARTICULAR AGE GROUPS.THE LIBRARY AIMS TO BECOME A HUB OF THE COMMUNITY AND TO WIDEN THE RANGE OF SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN ITS MEETING ROOM.

THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF A LIBRARY (OR LIBRARIES), FACILITIES FOR LEARNING, FOR INFORMATION, ADVICE AND OTHER RELATED SERVICES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY IN WENDOVER AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL LIBRARY SERVICE OR ITS SUCCESSOR SERVICE; AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES (CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID RESIDENTS AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY OF WENDOVER AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE (THE "OBJECTS").
