FOR THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN WITHIN THE PARISH OF GARGRAVE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM SERIOUS BRAIN DAMAGE AND IN PARTICULAR THE MAKING OF GRANTS OF MONEY OR OTHERWISE TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH PERSONSTO COVER THE COST OF TREATMENT NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH SEVICE AND ANY NECESSARY TRAVELLING EXPENSES TO OBTAIN SUCH TREATMENT FOR SUCH PERSONS AND FOR SUCH MEMBERS OF THEIR FAMILIES WHO ARE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL WITH THEM.
