Charitable objects
(A) TO FOSTER THE MENTAL, MORAL AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOLBOYS THROUGH THE MEDIUM OF ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL (B) TO HELP TEACERS' CHARITIES AND SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES TO SUCH AN EXTENT AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE RECOMMENDED TO THE COUNCIL BY THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, WHICH SHALL DECIDE THE APPORTIONMENT OF THE AMOUNT.
