TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION AND APPRECIATION OF LIGHT MUSIC THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:
· SUPPORTING THE COLLECTION, MAINTENANCE AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE LIBRARY OF LIGHT-ORCHESTRAL MUSIC
· PUBLISHING INFORMATION PERTAINING TO LIGHT MUSIC
· ENCOURAGING THE BROADCASTING, COMPOSITION AND PERFORMANCE OF LIGHT MUSIC.
