Charitable objects
4.1 THE PROVISION OF SOCIAL HOUSING IN THE FORM OF ALMSHOUSE ACCOMMODATION AND ASSOCIATED AMENITIES FOR POOR PERSONS WHO SHALL BE RESIDENT IN THE PARISHES OF ALTHORNE, LATCHINGDON, MAYLAND AND SOUTHMINSTER AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT; AND 4.2 IN RELATION TO ANY PROPERTY OR PROPERTIES ACQUIRED OR BUILT BY THE CHARITY TRUSTEES AFTER THE DATE OF ADOPTION OF THIS CONSTITUTION, THE PROVISION OF SOCIAL HOUSING IN THE FORM OF ALMSHOUSE ACCOMMODATION AND ASSOCIATED AMENITIES FOR POOR PERSONS WHO SHALL BE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT OR HAS A CLOSE FAMILY MEMBER WHO IS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
