THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF HARPOLE, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, AND THE SURROUNDING AREA:
- TO RELIEVE THOSE IN NEEDY CIRCUMSTANCES BY REASON OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR HEALTH, SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, AND
- TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND IMPROVE EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES PARTICULARLY FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE.
