TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ON ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE DEVELOPMENT, TEACHING, APPLICATION AND PRACTICE OF THE LAW RELATING TO ANIMALS; C. TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING AND DISTRESS OF ANIMALS BY PROVIDING INFORMATION THAT ASSISTS MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO SECURE ACCESS TO LEGAL AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE AND REPRESENTATION IN CASES CONCERNED WITH ANIMALS.
