TO PROVIDE PEOPLE WITHIN OUR CATCHMENT AREA WHO HAVE MOBILITY DIFFICULTIES, WHETHER PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY, WITH SUITABLE MEANS OF PERSONAL TRANSPORT THAT ENABLES THEM TO MAINTAIN AS MUCH FREEDOM AND INDEPENDENCE AS THEIR CONDITION ALLOWS. THUS EXPANDING THEIR OPPORTUNITIES AND ENHANCING THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.
