THE PROVISION OF A HOSTEL OF HOMELESS FAMILIES AND MEMBERS OF THE CLERGY OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND WHO HAVE NEED OF THE FACILITIES PROVIDED BY AND AT THE HOSTEL BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, YOUTH, INFIRMITY, DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
