TO PROVIDE TRANSPORT FACILITIES IN TENBURY AND ITS SURROUNDING AREA FOR ANYONE ATTENDING MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS AND MAKING OTHER ESSENTIAL JOURNEYS WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY IN TRAVELLING ON THEIR OWN ESPECIALLY BY REASON OF AGE, ILL HEALTH, INCAPACITY OR DISABILITY, OR THOSE LIVING IN ISOLATED AREAS WHERE THERE ARE NO ADEQUATE TRANSPORT FACILITIES.
