THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE PROVISION ALONE OR IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHERS OF FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN ORDER TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND ANY OTHER NEEDS IN PARTICULAR THROUGH REASON OF YOUTH,AGE,ILL-HEALTH,DISABILITY,UNEMPLOYMENT OR SOCIAL DEPRIVATION.
