THE CHARITY SHALL RELIEVE THE SUFFERING AND DISTRESS AMONGST PERSONS IN PARTICULAR BY: 1.THE PROVISION OF TRAINED RESOURCES TO THE POLICE, OTHER EMERGENCY SERVICES, LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND OTHER SEARCH AND RESCUE ORGANISATIONS. 2.TO ASSIST STATUTORY AUTHORITIES FOR THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED IN EMERGENCIES 3.THE PROVISION OF USEFUL TRAINING AND SKILLS TO MEMBERS AND TO THE PUBLIC
