TO RELIEVE THE SICKNESS AND SUFFERING OF PEOPLE RESIDENT IN HARTLEPOOL WHO HAVE ANY FORM OF CANCER, AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF THOSE WHO CARE FOR THEM BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF GOODS AND SERVICES WHICH IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE, INCLUDING RESPITE OPPORTUNITIES.
