THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THE DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING IN SUFFOLK AND SURROUNDING COUNTIES IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, SERVICES AND EDUCATION WITH A VIEW TO HELPING THEM PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.
