(1)PROMOTING CHILDREN?S CARE AND SAFETY;
(2)PROMOTING CHILDREN?S EDUCATION AND PROMOTING PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT;
(3)PROMOTING CHILDREN?S HEALTH AND WELLBEING;
(4)PROVIDING SERVICES TO SUPPORT CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS;
(5)PROVIDING CHILDCARE SERVICES TO ENABLE PARENTS AND CARERS TO TAKE UP OR CONTINUE EMPLOYMENT.
