TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A RECREATION GROUND (THE PLAYING CLOSE) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF CHARLBURY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA AND TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID INHABITANTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT.
