FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF RACEHORSES THAT ARE NEGLECTED AND UNWANTED AND IN PARTICULAR TO REHABILITATE, RETRAIN AND, WHERE APPROPRIATE, REHOME SUCH ANIMALS. TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO THE WELLBEING AND CORRECT MANAGEMENT OF FORMER RACEHORSES.
