TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES LIVING IN LINCOLNSHIRE, IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR RACE, RELIGION, AGE, GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, NATIONALITY OR ETHNIC ORIGIN, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF DEVICES OR EQUIPMENT DESIGNED AND MADE (OR ADAPTED) SPECIALLY FOR THEM, IN ORDER TO ALLEVIATE PROBLEMS CAUSED BY THEIR DISABILITIES.
