THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THE DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING AND THEIR FAMILIES IN LOWESTOFT AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, SERVICES AND EDUCATION WITH A VIEW TO HELPING THE DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.
