TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF PARENTS/CARERS AND FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN OF PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE AND UNDER, AND OTHERS, WHO LIVE IN HARTLEPOOL AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY. THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, HEALTHCARE PROJECTS AND ANY OTHER NECESSARY SUPPORT, TO HELP INDIVIDUALS TO BECOME SELF SUFFICIENT.
