Charitable objects
THE CHARITIES OBJECTS ARE RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING:- FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN LIVING IN UK AND AFRICA: A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY BY BUT NOT LIMITED TO:- COMMUNITY AND INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT BY WORKING WITH OTHER ORGANISATIONS TO PUT INTO PLACE PROGRAMMES AND PROJECTS THAT HELP RELIEVE SOME OF THE SUFFERING AND HARDSHIP THAT AFRICAN CHILDREN EXPERIENCE. B) THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF CHILDREN AND THEIR DEPENDANTS BY WORKING TO RAISE AWARENESS ON CHILD ABUSE WITHIN THE AFRICAN COMMUNITY THROUGH TRAINING, CONFERENCES, DEBATES, SEMINARS AND MEDIA PROGRAMMES. C) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING SO AS TO ADVANCE THEM IN LIFE AND ASSIST THEM TO ADAPT WITHIN THE COMMUNITY BY (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) :- THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, EDUCATION AND ADVISORY SERVICES: TO RAISE THEIR PROFILE AND INCREASE AWARENESS OF THEIR NEEDS AMONG PRACTITIONERS AND POLICY MAKERS AND PROVIDING SUPPORT TO PARENTS. D) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
