Activities - how the charity spends its money

Weekly Friday sermons catering for muslim families, delivered in both Arabic and English to cater for British muslims. Hold weekly classes in Arabic languages,memorising the Quran, teaching islamic Jurisprudence in English and Arabic. Family counselling to mediate to resolve problems. Currently, all our classes are free to encourage attendance and participation. Prayer during Ramadan.

Charitable objects

THE OBJECTS OF THE ORGANISATION ARE: (1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MUSLIM SUNNI SCHOOL OF THOUGHT BASED ON THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE SAHABAH (COMPANIONS OF THE PROPHET MOHAMMAD), THE SALAF (THEIR PLOUS PREDECESSORS) AND SCHOLARS SUCH AS IBN TAYMEYYAH, AL ALBANY AND ABU ISHAQ ALHWAYNY. (2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, IN THE ISLAMIC RELIGION AND ENGLISH AND ARABIC LANGUAGE. (3) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
