THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR JUDO, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY: A) SUPPORTING AND PROVIDING RESOURCES FOR THE TEACHING, PRACTICE AND DEVELOPMENT OF TRADITIONAL KODOKAN JUDO; B) RAISING RESOURCES TO SUPPORT AND SPONSOR JUDO TRAINING AND EDUCATION FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT AFFORD IT; C) PROVIDING GUIDANCE THROUGH A STRUCTURED TEACHING METHODOLOGY, ENCOURAGING AND FACILITATING THE ONGOING DEVELOPMENT OF JUDO WITHIN THE COMMUNITY; AND, D) PROVIDING A SAFE AND FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL TO PARTICIPATE IN JUDO.
