B) HELPING FAMILIES AND CARERS OF DISABLED PEOPLE BETTER UNDERSTAND THE NATURE OF DISABILITY. C) INFORMING, ADVISING AND EDUCATING DISABLED PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES ABOUT HEALTH SERVICES, SOCIAL SERVICES AND SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS PROVISION IN THE GREATER READING AREA. D) SUPPORTING FAMILIES FACING DISABILITY TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.
