To relive the needs of Deaf, hard of hearing & deafened people by championing, promoting Deaf culture & positive Deaf lifestyle through the provision of activities that enrich Deaf people’s lives & overall wellbeing This will include but is not restricted to provision of information, advocacy, education, training and engagement with Arts.
