Activities - how the charity spends its money
Using music, art, exercise and beauty/holistic therapies as a vehicle to engage with adults living with mental health issues and those who are isolated and/or lonely in the community. We provide: music lessons, group singing, art and creative writing groups, film club, holistic beauty, Thai Chi and Pilates classes as well as a live music event aimed at those living with or at risk from dementia
