The Company's objects are for the public benefit: the advancement of health, care and support for people living with a potentially life limiting illness who are, or who have been, patients of the hospice including the provision of support and advice to their family and friends and such other charitable activities as the Directors shall think fit.

Some charities generate all, or a substantial part, of their income from investments which may have been donated to the charity as endowment or set aside by the charity from its own resources in the past.
