THE ASSOCIATION IS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF FAIRFIELD, AND ITS IMMEDIATE ENVIRONS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF AGE, SEX, RACE, POLITICAL RO RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS INSTITUTIONS, BUSINESSES AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR HEALTH, RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS:AND TO PROMOTE ALL OR ANY OBJECTS FOR THE BENEFITS OF THE COMMUNITY WHICH NOW OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY THE LAW TO BE CHARITABLE.
