TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY OF PEOPLE IN SALTASH AND SURROUNDING VILLAGES WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
