(III) TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST OF SURREY.
(IV) TO DEVELOP OUR HERITAGE AND PROMOTE CIVIC PRIDE AND COMMUNITY AWARENESS IN COBHAM.
