TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF DISABLED CHILDREN UP TO THE AGE OF 18 INCLUDING THEIR FAMILY AND THOSE INVOLVED IN CARING FOR THEM WITHIN THE WEST MIDLANDS AREA THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUCH FUNDING OR EQUIPMENT THAT IS DEEMED FIT IN ORDER TO HELP IMPROVE THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.
