B)THE PURCHASE, DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF SUITABLE PREMISES TO ACCOMMODATE THE “TED HUGHES CENTRE” AS A DEVELOPING RESOURCE AND ARCHIVE OF THE POET’S LIFE AND WORK.
