TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE BY ASSISTING IN THE TRAINING OF YOUNG PERSONS SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND IN PARTICULAR BY ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN MATTERS RELATING TO MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL WELFARE AND PROVIDING FINANCIAL AND OTHER ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE AND FACILITATE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF YOUTH WORKERS.
