THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO: ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT; IF AND IN SO FAR AS INCOME CANNOT BE APPLIED IN MANNER AFORESAID IN ARTICLE 2.1 IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT THEN THE SAME MAY BE APPLIED IN LIKE MANNER IN THE BOROUGH OF SWINDON.
