THE ASSOCIATION IS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE AND EXTEND FOSTER CARE FOR CHILDREN WHO REQUIRE THIS SERVICE AND IMPROVE ITS QUALITY, BY ASSISTING THE WORK OF STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND VOLUNTARY ENGAGED IN PROVIDING, ORGANISING OR ADVANCING FOSTER CARE AND ORGANISING CO-OPERATION IN THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE ABOVE PURPOSES
