TO PROMOTE THE REHABILITATION OF OFFENDERS, EX-OFFENDERS AND THOSE IN THE COMMUNITY DEEMED BY THE TRUSTEES AS BEING IN NEED OF ACCESSING COMPASSION FOOD BANK THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUCH GUIDANCE, COUNSELLING AND TRAINING WITHIN A CHRISTIAN ETHOS AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM APPROPRIATE IN AIDING THEIR REHABILITATION AND HELPING TO PREVENT THEM FROM RE-OFFENDING.
