Opened in 1974,the Centre is opened to all inhabitants of Yardley Wood and surrounding areas without restriction. Various groups meet on a regular basis ranging from, Self defence club, Dance Classes, Slimming club,Flower arranging, Sunday School. In addition, Wedding Parties, Concerts, local neighbood meetings, Jumble sales, Sunday School

Charitable objects
A YOUTH AND COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE USE OF YOUNG PERSONS AND THE INHABITANTS RESIDING IN OR NEAR THE PARISH OF CHRIST CHURCH YARDLEY WOOD IN THE DIOCESE OF BIRMINGHAM AND IN PARTICULAR FOR USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF EDUCATING AND ASSISTING BOYS AND GIRLS AND SUCH INHABITANTS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES TO THE END THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
