THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE IN SRI LANKA WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY WAR OR NATURAL DISASTER, AND PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE RESIDENT IN THE VILLAGE OF KAITHADY.
