TO ALLEVIATE SOCIAL EXCLUSION AND PROMOTE CITIZENSHIP AND SOCIAL INCLUSION IN COMMUNITIES THAT FACE POVERTY, HARDSHIP, DISADVANTAGE OR SOCIAL ISOLATION THROUGH INVOLVEMENT WITH COMMUNITY ARTS, HERITAGE, ENVIRONMENTAL WORK, CONSERVATION, VOLUNTEERING, YOUTH WORK, TRAINING, THEATRE AND FILM. 2. TO PROMOTE ENGAGEMENT WITH COMMUNITY ARTS AND ENCOURAGE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES TO EXPLORE SOCIAL ISSUES THROUGH CREATIVE, INNOVATIVE AND ARTISTIC LEARNING.
