TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL , ECONOMIC AND MENTAL HEALTH OF :- HM FORCES LEAVERS. YOUNG PEOPLE LEAVING CARE. PEOPLE WITH LONG TERM HEALTH CONDITIONS OR DISABILITIES. PEOPLE WITH CARING RESPONSIBILITIES. YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT IN EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT OR TRAINING. PEOPLE WITH LITERACY AND OR NUMERACY SKILLS DEVELOPMENT NEEDS. PEOPLE WITH BARRIERS TO ACCESSING THE LABOUR MARKET AND / OR IN PARTICIPATING AND CONTRIBUTING WITH AND TO SOCIETY. THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE.
