FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN PROVIDING FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF GAINFORD FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION, RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
