Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF BELPER, ITS NEIGHBOURHOOD AND PEOPLE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:
- PROVIDING LECTURES, PUBLICATIONS, DISPLAYS AND EXHIBITIONS;
- ENCOURAGING PRACTICAL HISTORICAL RESEARCH INTO BELPER’S PAST;
- COLLECTING AND PRESERVING ARTIFACTS, PHOTOGRAPHS, ARCHIVES, DOCUMENTS AND OTHER MATERIALS RELATING TO THE HISTORY OF BELPER AND ITS NEIGHBOURHOOD FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT; AND
- MAKING SUCH RESOURCES AVAILABLE FOR STUDY BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
