THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO IS TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE SICK, HANDICAPPED AND AGED WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE OVERTON, WHITCHURCH AND ST MARY BOURNE AREA, IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW, TO BE CHARITABLE BY THE PROVISION AND OPERATION OF A DAY CENTRE, WHICH SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE KINGFISHER DAY CENTRE.
