Activities - how the charity spends its money

We provide fortnightly support groups for adults aged between 18-45 with a long-term health condition living in Pembrokeshire. We also arrange days out for our members and their families to create a support network. We also provide other support via our Facebook chat room: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1489531921261682/ This is available to anyone of any age living anywhere in the world.

THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: THE PROTECTION AND PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH OF PERSONS AGED 18 - 45 WHO ARE LIVING WITH A CHRONIC HEALTH CONDITION IN PEMBROKESHIRE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND INFORMATION. FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS OBJECT "A CHRONIC HEALTH CONDITION" IS A LONG TERM OR INCURABLE HEALTH CONDITION OR DISEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ARTHRITIS, ASTHMA, CANCER, COPD, DIABETES, FIBROMYALGIA, HIV/AIDS AND ME.
