2) TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABLITIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, EDUCATION, PRACTICAL ADVICE AND REREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
