Charitable objects
TO SERVE THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING THE STUDENTS AND STAFF WITH A CENTRAL INCOME AND EXPENDITURE ACCOUNT FOR ANY FINANCIAL DEALINGS UNDERTAKEN IN THE NAME OF SCHOOL.ANY SURPLUS IN THIS ACCOUNT WILL BE USED ENTIRELY PROVIDE BENEFIT TO THE STUDENTS AND STAFF (INCIDENTAL IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR DUTIES) AT THE SCHOOL BY WAY OF EDUCATIONAL VISITS, EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS AS APPROVED BY THE HEADTEACHER AT THE TIME.
