Charitable objects
3.2 THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ('THE OBJECTS') ARE:- 3.2.1 TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE DISTRICT OF STAINFORTH IN THE COUNTY OF SOUTH YORKSHIRE AND ELSEWHERE ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINION BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID RESIDENTS AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCEMENT EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS. 3.2.2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION OF A COMMUNITY LEADING LIBRARY AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES. 3.2.3 THE RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF GOODS AND SERVICES FOR THOSE IN FINANCIAL NEED.
