Charitable objects
A) TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE ARTS AND CULTURAL INDUSTRIES WITH THE OBJECT OF INCREASING COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION AND DEVELOPMENT, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY; B) TO USE THE ARTS TO DEVELOP THE CONFIDENCE, CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES, IN PARTICULAR THOSE OF SOUTH DERBYSHIRE, DERBYSHIRE THE MIDLANDS AND BEYOND, IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY; C) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE, INCLUDING: YOUTH, AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
