THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME, AND ALL OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL, AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SEE FIT TOWARDS THE PROMOTION, MAINTENANCE AND ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN CLASSICAL MUSIC, PARTICULARLY (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) MAKING GRANTS AND AWARDS TO SUPPORT CHARITIES OR INDIVIDUALS (FOR EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES) ENGAGED IN OR CONCERNED WITH THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ARTS, IN PARTICULAR (BUT NOT LIMITED TO), CLASSICAL MUSIC.
