Charitable objects
3.2. THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:-
3.2.1. THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ORTHODOX JEWISH FAITH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING A TORAH SCROLL OR SCROLLS ON LOAN OR BY GIFT TO OTHER JEWISH BODIES IN THE UK OR ELSEWHERE IN NEED OF SUCH A SCROLL FOR THE PURPOSES OF WORSHIP: AND
3.2.2. TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
